Application Code Generation, System Configuration & Deployment

WP4 will define the back-end and low-level software architecture of PRO3D’s compilation chain and thermal management in 3D multi-core platforms. This includes the exploration and deployment of dynamic task schedulers adapted to 3D stacks, including the software mechanisms to perform load balancing across various cores, active cooling monitoring and thermal management combining active and passive cooling techniques.
